Base- The 660mm PCD (26 inches) five pronged base is made out of Metal with CR Sheets of 1.8 mm thickness,. Tested prudently and rigorously as per ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2017, The metal base is load tested as per the BIFMA standards-
Gas Lift- Single swage Class 4 tested -ANSI BIFMA performance standards,The pneumatic height adjustment has an adjustment stroke of 95 -100 mm
Mechanism- Self Calibrating Multilock Mechanism,The multi lock mechanism is fabricated from CR Sheets, with CO2 welding process imparting uniform surface finish,Tension springs are made out Grade II material conforming to ISO Standards. The mechanism is designed with release levers for locking at various positions and adjustment of the seat height,It is equipped with 4 locking positions with back rest “Return Prevention” function
Arms- One way height adjustable arms moulded with Nylon 30% GF. The height adjustment button with Delrin P 500. Option of two ways adjustable Arms '2D' (Height & Swivel)
Arms Pad: Material- Polyurethane with 2 mm metal insert. PU armrest is made of black integral skin polyurethane with 50-70 shore 'A' hardness and reinforced with MS insert.
Seat-Seat is upholstered with micro fabric, 100% polyester,Fire rated fabric confirming to BS EN 1021(match), Foam: Cushion with pre moulded foam of 55 kg/m3 density in the shape of plywood
Back- The back is in two parts- Inner and outer shell.Outer and inner shell material – PP 20% GF- injection moulded in 800 ton hydraulic machine,. The back is upholstered with AN-75 mesh with 320 GSM, 100% polyester,Chair back is connected to two directional adjustable PU Lumbar support
